Rattle

I don't know if you guys can hear the rattle but here's a video.
Could it possibly just be the supercharger bearings?

sounds like its the coupler to me, take off the S/C belt and see if there is any play on the pulley.

Let's take this one step at a time.
We need to confirm the problem.
I don't think GM sells the coupler......only the entire unit.
You need to order from one of our vendors listed in Links.

if it's the coupler, it should go away when you rev it. no sound though, didn't watch the video.

It appears to go away when I rev it.
Also, in this video I think I see the pulley wobbling?
This video also illustrates the noise a bit better.

That sounds exactly like a supercharger snout coupler.

Easy swap, but be prepared to smell the worst stuff you've ever smelled when you replace the s/c oil.

It can be done with or without removing the entire supercharger.
Make sure you use the proper small tube 'red' sealant, sold with the coupler kit from Intense. You can also buy a big tube from GM but it's pricey.
Good time to take it off and clean it up.
