1990 Pontiac (SE?) Front Bumper [HELP]

Hi I need help finding out how to remove my front bumper on my 1990 Pontiac. its dented and im trying to swap it but when finding which screws/bolts/pins to remove it just seems like WAYYYY to many. Can someone please tell me where the bolts are I need to remove the front bumper are? That or a service manual so I can find it myself. THANKS
