I had did this many years ago to my 2003 SSEi on the lower intake manifold but don't remember where to get parts and what tools are needed. Like a drill.... taps, etc. I do know that they're made made of brass.

Are these plugs threaded or are they like a freeze plug that you tap in?

All help is appreciated. Thank you

People generally use 1/4" NPT pipe plugs. The are charts for what drill bit to use and a regular tap works.

I popped the coolant bypass cover off under the EGR and removed some material on the shelf there to compensate for removing the TB circuit. Who knows if it really mattered but it was free and felt right.
