Yella-Terra 1.8 roller rocker arms for 2003 SSEi

I got lucky and found a set of these at a local wrecking yard. I got the pushrods as well. They were on a 2003 Buick regal GS. it also has a header set on it and I am wondering if I should get it along with the rockers. The nose of the SC was taken off, likely because the pulley was undersized and whoever pulled it didn’t have the proper equipment to pull it.
My question is this:
I have two smaller SC pulleys from ZZP… 3.4 & 3.6… I know I would need heavier springs for the rockers. Should I run the stock exhaust manifolds or get the headers from the Regal? Also, what pulley is recommended for these 1.8 rockers?
Any help and suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you and Happy Father’s Day

Grab the headers. Im running 1.95s on a 3.4 pulley, and it runs like a champ. Wouldnt hurt to have a set, and who knows, they might be a expensive set and you get lucky and not spend much to get them.

From memory, I'm fairly certain you can run stock springs with a stock rev limit when upgrading to 1.8s. I believe 1.84 is the limit with stock springs/limiter. 1.9s and 1.95s should really get a spring upgrade. If you do upgrade the springs without replacing or upgrading the timing chain and tensioner, L76 springs are the way to go.
Headers compliment valvetrain mods and tremendously help reduce KR on pulley upgrades. I would grab the headers too.

I think to play it safe, I will get better springs. And being it’s my friends car, he’s wanting to get a decent cam for it… any recommendations there? Also for the springs and timing chain… please any suggestions are welcome
Thank you for the input to date

Choose one. Rockers multiply the cam lift. Aftermarket cams are meant for a 1.6 rocker ratio.

Well I was unable to get the headers. Can I be pointed in the right direction as to where I can get a decent pair? Or can I run the rockers with a smaller pulley and be okay?

I would get headers or at least ZZP front power log. I had kept the stock power log on when i had top swapped, and it was glowing after a few pulls. Deft get better flow for exhaust and intake, then do rockers, then do pulley drop.
Are you intercooled?

Where could I buy these L76 springs? Also… IF he elects to go with the cam option…. Where could get roller tipped rockers of stock ratio?

The L76 springs are a GM part so any online gm part retailer. I believe 12706568 is the p/n. You'll have to get LSx style retainers in order to have the correct spring install height, which you can get from Intense/ZZP.
I think for Intense/ZZP both sell roller rockers but IMO they're a waste of money. 3800s already have a roller fulcrum and they're generally not a high revving engine. I have roller tip rockers (and titanium retainers) because I did a max effort n/a build and I need extra revs to make use of all the mods that shifted my (limited) powerband.

Can a link be provided to direct me to the correct site? When I enter in L 76 Springs… I get results for V8 engines. Also need a link for the valve keepers

Any GM wholesale site will have the springs.
Here's an example
For the valve spring retainers, any aftermarket type being sold on a 3800 performance site that says "LS Style" is what you want.
Here's an example It's best to get new keepers/valve locks too which are also on that site.
