OEM Radio

I joined this forum yesterday. I had a CD/Radio in my car that I was looking into replacing. Long story short. I got an OEM radio without the CD player. Every function of the radio is working, but there's no audio. I'm a technician (not automotive). So, I know how to read wiring diagrams, not automotive, so I don't have access to prodemand/etc. If anyone has access to the wiring schematics for the audio system for a 2000-2005 Bonneville please share.

I'm already over $100 into this and I'm not looking for advice on how to spend my money.

I have access to them but not from home... is your's a 2000 SE like your profile says? I will try to pull the diagrams off the shop computer and post them in the next couple days.

Is the radio/CD you want to replace OEM, or aftermarket? Will you post the part number of the replacement radio you acquired. Also, do you have a TheftLock LED illuminated on the front of the replacement radio?

There is more to these than a typical "radio" as the vehicle considers them a "module", like all the others in the vehicle. To work correctly, it must be able to successfully communicate on the vehicle data bus, and be properly synchronized with a portion of the VIN.
