2013 Audi Allroad. 48K miles. Very good shape but needs a detail. Somebody liked car washes.
More pictures after I clean it up.

Nicely done. I like Audis, but I don't like paying for parts/service when things go awry. Can't wait to see some pics.

Nice. Those are some low miles.

Audi reliability/maintenance can suck a little harder than normal. Hopefully you don't have that experience.

I'm not too worried about the maintenance and repairs. I'm pretty familiar with what I'll run into because of the Passat I have. This is very similar to that platform wise.

So, you're saying it's a VW with 4 circles on the grille?

:poke:

Haha, yeah GTO isnt going anywhere anytime soon, although I haven't seen it since November when it went into hibernation.

After living with this car for about a week, it's evident that although it was well cared for it sat for a while before I got it. One of the CV boots got a hole in it, and then the battery was dead after I didn't drive it for a couple days. After a new battery it seems to be working well now. Axle is in but now I'm waiting for the 19mm hex to show up.

But anyways it's looking pretty good after a polish and ceramic coating.

It's not steer horns and a cowbell, is it? That would be so cool!

The Audi looks great, and the color would fit in my garage. :) What ceramic coating did you use?

No but what I'm doing probably used to wear a cow bell.

Ceramic coating is Avalon king. Very easy to use and it seems to last a while.

So I finally got the tool to do the axle. Had to borrow one from Matt since the one I ordered hasn't come in yet. Took me less than an hour to swap it out.

I believe I used Avalon King on the Bonneville and Civic. Been happy with it so far.

I wasn't expecting another update so soon but the rear pads started making noise. Sure enough they had reached the wear indicators. I was able to change them pretty fast. This car has an electric parking brake you can retract with an app called OBDeleven. That means no more twist in calipers which I think are pretty evil.

Also I got pictures of the yellow fog lights I did the other day which is something I've done to most of my cars. Now if only I can figure out how to make the led strips yellow.

That's pretty cool you can do that electronically. I have definitely bought and lost a few of those box bits for rear calipers.

Yep, that's pretty cool indeed!
