Complete dashboard removal???

I'm stripping my 2000 SLE before sending the rusted carcass to the recycle bin and wanted to remove the dashboard.
I found this post by ddalder - "I've had mine out in an hour. The couple of times I've done it, I've taken it out as an entire assembly (dash carrier and sub-structure). There's no need to remove the cluster, radio, HVAC, etc. A few things do have to come out (glove box, console, drop the steering column, dash pad, etc) and unplug some connectors."
I was wondering of anyone could elaborate a bit more. I'm clear on how to remove this stuff, glove box, console, drop the steering column, dash pad, but what next? Which connectors and where are they located? How many main assembly bolts and where where are they?
I'm flying solo so if this thing it too heavy for one let me know and I will take it out in pieces.
I know I could figure this out on my own, but time is of the essence as the recycler is coming later this week so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
