Transmission mount replacement

In my Park Avenue, I feel what feels like drive train movement when I get on the throttle moving forwards. The front transmission mount was replaced when I bought the car (10 years ago), and I suspect it's coming up due for replacement again, especially given the degree of flogging that I regularly administer to it.
I also am long overdue for a rear transmission mount replacement, but didn't really put much priority on it, as I remember it being a rather nasty piece to get at, and it only really affected reverse.
I was contemplating knocking out both mounts at once, but, then again, this video has me concerned:

Is it really that bad? For some reason, I remember mention of possibly dropping the subframe on this move also.
Is there a magic trick perhaps?
