2018 Bonneville goals

hey every one, hope you had a great holiday. I'm hoping you guys can help me make sure i do this the right way.
so for my Bonneville i would like to set a gaol that by the end of 2018 or so i would like to have it ready or close to being able to turbo charge it to make something around 500+ hp or so. now from what i understand i would probably have to replace most parts of the engine as i have an L36. i found a web site that sales a tcm that says it works with the 4t65e transmission, and i plan on using a haltech ecu for the engine. im sure some of you will say just get a L67. if you think i would have to do less work then i might, but if i have to replace the pistons and rods i mite just use my engine or get another L36 so i can still drive the car while i work on the engine.
i have the 4t60e transmission so i will have to find a 4t65e-hd , but my question is is there anything i can do to make it work with 500+ish hp?
i have some friends that own a auto shop that can help me with the stuff i have never done before. My reason for this post is so i make sure i get the right parts to do this right and make sure i replace what needs to be replaced. I may be missing some thing and if i am just let me know. and im sure there are probably threads already like this but i didn't want to do this the wrong way because i forgot to ask a question or something that would cause the engine to kill itself.
what and where are the best performance parts for the 3800? i know of zzperformance.com but are there ay other places to get parts or is zzperformance.com the best place? the reason i ask is becuase i have a 1995 pontiac bonneville and some of the parts i saw on zzperformance.com say 1996 and up.
