Hello,
Im Harri and im new hear, Im from Estonia that means my english is not perfect, i hope you understand my writings.
My 1992 sse bonneville blow air very poorly. No differences is it cold or warm. Equally poor if i turn to the feet, window or dash.
All speeds working, blower motor runs fine. I have removed all the dash out to see the couse of this but all seems to be working.
I have read here about automatic climate simular problems but my car dont have automatic climate. I have simlpe ac and thats it.
Now my mind is empty: blower blows, all working but air is not coming correctly only to the window it blows litle bit better but not even close what it have to be.
Is there anyone who has this probler or someone who can advise me.
Harri

Our gen doesn't blow very hard to begin with, so that might be what you are experiencing. But, you could remove the blower motor and see if there's stuff in there or maybe the fan has been losing vanes, reducing output.

Do you have a multimeter to test the voltage the blower is getting at different fan speed settings?

I removed viper arms and cleaned all over the blower box.
I put power straight from the battery to make sure it works full power.

If you can get the voltage being supplied to the blower, I can tell you if it's right. I have the factory service manual but it's not in front of me at the moment.

Welcome, Harri!
I completely agree with Pontiac1.
If there are pine trees in your area, I can almost guarantee the thin needle shape leaves from those trees are blocking the airflow.
Look up Pinus sylvestris to get an idea of the type of trees I'm talking about.

The amount of pine tree needles and other debris that was stuck to the evaporator core on my 93 Bonneville was ridiculous.
You might want to first attach a flexible tube to a vacuum cleaner and try to vacuum out as much debris as possible, using the hole shown in picture #6 in the link Pontiac1 posted.

For a good idea of just how much debris can build up, see my original post below.
Those links to the pictures still work.

This was the upright view of it

It still amazes me when I look at the pictures.

picture may help as you can see in the picture, all air has to go thru the evap regardless which vents are selected. the heater core is not in flow unless heat selected.

here is a link pertaining to evap cleaning.

home depot has a spray can of coil cleaner for about $5.

there are other posts in the forum pertaining to cleaning evap. use the search function and subject evap cleaning.
