Are these two upper intake manifolds the same?

Hi everyone. I am looking at getting the parts to replace the intake and gaskets for the 04 Lesabre I recently purchased. Would like to know if these are te same intakes being sold under two different names. Thanks

look the same but top one includes more stuff
poverty forces one to do unorthodox things

I don't see extra stuff in the top vs the bottom. They look like the same kit.
A temporary fix does not exist. It becomes a solution until it needs to be fixed again.

Thanks I went ahead and ordered the ATP labeled intake from Rock Auto. They appeared to be the cheapest shipped with the 5% discount code

I recently used the ATP intake on my 97 Olds and about 1,200 miles later so far so good!
