I celebrate my 5000th counted post on this forum.
At the rate things go, I will probably never rack up another 5k, but I plan to stick around for a while at least, only because I hate change

You just need to post more, with an attitude like that you will never make it to 10k

I have enjoyed and benefited from your style of analysis and commentary. we have in common an older Buick product (95 PA) which I still try to maintain in top condition (or at least in drivable condition). please stick around.

I plan on sticking around. The reservations come from the board activity not being what it used to be. It took me over 12 years to get this far, and with posting on the decline, I am just not sure if it is a milestone that will be repeated, that's all.
I ain't going no where, at least not yet.
Although I would like to have a final gen Ultra in my stable eventually.

It certainly won't help that there are no new Pontiacs being built, but then again...all those G6's and G8's are getting cheap..gonna be lots of people looking for help. I'm new here, and I can tell this was a vibrant community when I scour over old topics and posts. The Asto/Safari board I was a member of until I joined here ( due to the loss of the Asto and acquisition of the Bonneville ), is still pretty active. There are a lot of guys converting their vans though, so there's a bit more varied interest. Unfortunately, the support in the aftermarket for our cars has wained as well. Did anyone ever make aftermarket tail lights and headlights for these cars?
I still frequent the Astro board because the knowledge I gained working on that thing for 5 years can help others, and I hope to use what I learned about GM's in general to help here as well. I might just eclipse your post total at the rate that I'm pouring myself into my car.
