You are stuck at a shopping center and your Bonnie needs fixed. What would you need to fix general repair to intakes in a parking lot?
Example: metric ratchet set, hammer, rubber mallet....
What would the best kit be to have in the car?

I just bought this set awhile ago, haven't had to use it too much though.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000LY ... ge_o08_s00 This kit comes with a variety of metric and SAE wrenches as well as deep and shallow well sockets. Stanley seems like a pretty good brand, and they have a lifetime warranty. I also have various pliers (needle nose, vise grips, channel locks), hammers (dead blow, ball peen), and a good set of screwdrivers. You might also want things like torx or allen wrenches. I probably have a little more than what is necessary, but I also find myself helping my friends whenever they need help working on their vehicles, so I just keep alot of stuff with me.

A 10 MM wrench and a hammer is all you need to fix anything on a 3800.
I have a slightly less tricked out version of this tool set that I got at Costco a couple years back for 80 bucks. It NEVER leaves my trunk.

I have an older version of this
http://www.craftsman.com/craftsman-263- ... ockType=G1 I added a couple hammers, breaker bar, and screwdrivers. Also have two jackstands because no way am I trusting the OEM jack with me under the car. I basically have all the tools to rebuild the whole car with be at all times lol. then some odds and ends like spare fluids, couple brake clean, rags, etc... A bit overkill maybe but my car has never been to a shop and never shall be lol. oh and a bit set with all the bits you could possibly need.
