That is a lovely R34! They're fairly rare even over here.
I wonder how they managed to get that one certified for use in the US.... Or is the Skyline GT-R now on that special list of approved display cars?

The R34 is my absolute dream car!!!!!!! I would give anything for one and this one is about as perfect as you can get for what I would want!! now excuse me while I clean my pants and stop myself from selling everything I have and moving to japan to own one.

Normally they have to be 25 years old to be imported, but since the R34 is too new, either this guy got it through Canada somehow(it's 15 years there), it's grey market with a sketchy title, or he actually bought a few and crash tested and emissions tested them so he could legally own it. I've looked into this before when I started seeing R32's floating around since I would totally drive a Skyline.

^ Buying in Canada would seem to be a good way of getting hold of a Japanese-spec car then, if that's the case. That's assuming the US authorities would treat it purely as an import from Canada and would overlook or turn a blind eye to the fact that it was originally from Japan.
