Spark Plugs...anti-seize or not?

I'm going to install six new Delco R45tls6 sometime this week. The factory plugs. Black threads not nickel like NGK and others.

Should I put a THIN THIN THINK coat of anti-seize on the threads. If so, what type of antiseize?

I've got a torque wrench, and the FSM says 20 foot pounds for plugs. That seems like a lot actually. Does that sound right to you guys?

Thanks!

20 sounds about right. Anti-seize is your call. It can't hurt.

Copper anti seize works the best for plugs and o2 sensors
