A Couple of years ago I had to remove my in fender air intake that I got from Intense about 11 years ago. California smog station said it had to go. So now I am looking for something that is California legal, but gives good Cool Air abilities. Any suggestions?

When it's time for inspection, put the stock one back on? I'm not sure how that can be illegal since all the sensors are still there and it all works.

The L67 doesn't really care for cold air, so you're literally fine with anything. Whatever you put on will likely have to be removed for inspection every time.

Wow, Really everything I've read says that I should be running cold air intake. To tell you the truth, I really didn't notice much when I had it. My wife hatted the sound that was generated by the air intake. But if I don't need it I will be happy to do without.
Thanks

A simple open cone is pretty much all you need. Allows the increase of flow, at a much lower cost. The blower turns all incoming air into magma anyways.

That's why I'm looking at the low profile inter-cooler.

The short stack? Those heat soak quickly, it would be best to go right to the full stack.
