Rubber vacuum fitting replacement?

What is a good replacement for this rubber vacuum fitting?
This is one of the 2 rubber vacuum fittings on the side of the throttle body.
The small end goes over a tube that is .250”OD and the large end goes over a tube that is .400”OD.

Good luck, I wasn't able to find anything for that or the piece that goes into the middle of the intake plenum on the firewall side.

When I've needed something like that, I used two different sizes of vacuum tube. One fit into the other.

I was hoping someone made those out of silicone but all I can find is original GM #24504768.

had the softer rubber end split a little and the hard plastic tubing cracked on me...so far my black electrical tape wrapping abilities have served well for the past year...but it would sure be nice to get a hold of the real replacement....
