2000 park ave problems

Looking for a part number and or a website where i can buy the vacuum hose that comes off the throttle body right by where it meets the upper intake, has a big line and small line coming out of it. the small line loops around in a U shape and goes onto the fuel pressure regulator, the big line goes all the way across the intake and loops in a U shape onto the vacuum solenoid in front of the upper intake. looking for that whole setup of lines. Any help or ideas is appreciated! Car is not an ultra.
