Rack and Pinion help, 2001 SSEI

Hi all! I've lurked here a few times getting valuable information, you guys are great. Helped quite a bit, now I need to post a problem. 2001 bonneville SSEI, rack and pinion issue. turn right, clunk, turn left, clunk....the piece on the following photo is broken off. Where do I go for more instructions on how to install for it? I've looked but haven't seen anything yet. thank you, Dawn
