I'm baffled... The internet has run out of opinions.

I did a set of those black and they turned out great, have not seen any of the metallics in person though so I can't comment on them.

I'd kinda like to try the metalics but I'm just not sure what color would go well with the color of the car. I think the anthracite gray would be a really nice color on the wheels but I think it would look funny with the car color. I'm also red/green colorblind so that always makes color decisions tough.
"It's like oooh I really like that blue one over there... What? Oh that's a purple one. I see...."

I know somebody who bought a car that had gold metallic over black plasti dip. It looked bad, like an odd brown kinda green. Coulda just been how the po did it though

I'm leaning towards black with a coat of their gloss. And then I am thinking about getting red lug nuts to match the red pontiac logos. And window tint, but that is another topic.

I think either a dark grey or black would be the best choice. Going with gold on a metallic brown colored car might be a little too much

I'm about to try the vintage gold out on mine.

I lean toward the Anthracite Gray. I'd be very interested to see what the copper looks like though. - BC

Well, the one great thing about Plasti-Dip is you can peel it off if you don't like it, right? My opinion? Your rims appear to be in excellent condition and look really sharp as is.

I say no gold since the car is already gold. My vote is gunmetal.

I've got the gloss black kit waiting to go on. If I don't like it I may try grey.

Managed to sneak the project on the list over the weekend I think they look pretty good. I learned that if you remove the wheels to dip them you absolutely must trim out the dip where the lug nuts contact the wheel. After screwing up my freshly dipped wheels, I learned that the dip touches up pretty well. On to the results.
Now I just have to wash it tonight.

The car looks great with the exception where the bird made a contribution to your Bonneville. - BC

Yeah, I haven't figured out if it's where I park at lunch or at work that they get me. It's getting washed when the sun goes down tonight.
