Are GXP calipers a direct swap?

If I get some GXP calipers for my SLE, what do I need to do to put them on? Are the line fittings the same? Do they bolt on the same and do I need bigger rotors?

Yes, you need the proper rotors. Usually the calipers come with the brake lines (little different), although old rubber brake hoses aren't always the smartest thing to reuse. They bolt on the same, but you also need the special bolts that the GXP calipers use.

If I take the calipers off a junkyard GXP I have the bolts only.thing is that whoever pulled the engine just cut the brake lines instead of just undoing the lines so id need new lines

Parts store should be able to get you new lines. That's not a biggie.

For GXP front brake swap you need calipers, caliper slide bolts, brackets, bracket bolts, and the flex brake lines. All of these are must have items, without them it won't work as they are specific to that setup.
