I am terrible at searching: 99 H-body brake conversion

On my 99, I would like disk brakes in the rear. I looked briefly but didn't find a rundown. Maybe there's more to be found with "disc" instead of "disk," but still I only found some posts from 2011.
Which parts should I buy for rear disk brakes on the 99, please? I would like to swap out the rear shocks as well, and I have access to a race shop that machines parts in case things need to get out of hand.
Please let me know of some options because from what I hear from my brakes, the wheel cylinders are flexing a lot. Time to change the brakes soon, and I'd really like not to get fresh drum shoes if I can upgrade just as well.

The only one who has done it that I know of is MattStrike, and he never figured out how to make a parking brake work that I know of. Not really much in the way of options...

^+1 and the valving/proportioning wasn't resolved yet IIRC.

Parking brake just needs a custom bracket which I plan to combine with the rear sway bar bracket for my build.
Brake balance front to rear is also off. I've removed the proportioning valves to get a true read on the difference front/rear. I have several ideas on how to remedy this if needed.

Yes! I'm back! Sorry about the long delay - I have been encumbered by work. I don't particularly mind, but now I can't do as much on forums as I had hoped to start doing. Thank you very much for the responses! That thread is a goldmine of info.
For the e-brake, I don't see how much is missing once the calipers are installed. What am I not seeing that would explain the lack of the parking brake setup? Have you considered the horrifying amount of work by which you run a small cylinder and brake line to the rear that's operated by the e-brake pedal?

E-brake cable is about 1.5" short of being long enough to reach everything comfortably, as a result may require custom fab work to connect them. It was more a matter of I just didn't get that far before I broke my trans and started the F40/twincharge build.

Wait, that's it? I just need a new cable? Awesome! The one in the Porsche broke also, so that leaves me with a complete and absolute need to buy some cabling.
I need to see more mods from you, Matt! What you have so far is almost too much to handle, but I'll manage.
