Had my wipers quit spraying on me today. They would randomly work then not, then it worked one last time. So I replaced the washer fluid pump and it still won't spray. Wipers them selves work perfect. Is there a relay somewhere that controls the spray? I checked both fuse boxes and nothing is labelled remotely close to dealing with the pump. We even put an amp meter on the pump connection and got a tiny bit of amp running through so I fuse isn't gone.

Does the pump get it's signal to turn on from the board that connects ti the wiper motor. Which also tells the wipers to stay on 3 or 4 more times after spray? Could this be the problem as to why my pump wont turn on?

Mine did this and was a bad switch in the stalk. Wipers and all other functions on the stalk worked perfectly. Changed out the pump no squirts checked the fuses and all tubing still no squirts swapped out the stalk boom back to normal.
