Haro i had plugs and wires done on it back in the spring and thats when it started acting up. A few weeks ago i had the front motor mount replace and was getting a misfire from plugs 3/6 so i changed those and one of the mount on the backside of the motor was change and it ran fine for a few days then went back to chugging and bad idle once car is warmed up

I'd check your fuel pressure at the rail. Either tape the guage to the windshield so you can see it, or have someone else in the car put the car in drive and hold the brake while slightly pressing the gas pedal. IIRC, the pressure should be ~42 lbs of pressure. If you're seeing significant drops then you have a weak pump, clogged filter, or faulty pressure regulator.

The lack of CEL and the fact that it only does this under a load makes me think it's fuel related. That has been my experience in the past with similar situations.

Does it ever not chug? Always chugging? Does it get worse under certain conditions?
