Front Engine Mount (under the car)

I recently purchased a 98 Grand Prix GT and I have to change the oil pan and ran into a issue. (from under the car) the bolt in the back of the mount on the left side is stripped and im unable to get it lose. I was wondering if there is a workaround possibly to get it lose or would i just have to pull the engine? Im changing the oil pan because apparently the person that had it either used it to jack the car up or they just hit something in the road.
