What size pulley?

I have done all the maintenance and added 180 thermostat, headers, and FWI. Engine must be breathing better. Boost gauge shows 6.5 at WOT. Which size pulley would be best for a daily driver? I plan on a tune with the pulley change. TIA. 2002 SSEi, BTW.

You should be able to swing a 3.4 after the tune. You can put it on before the tune but I wouldn't beat on it till it's tuned. I assume you have something like an Aeroforce to scan for knock with correct?

Aeroforce is ordered. What kind of boost will the 3.4 generate?

You should be able to safely run a 3.4 pulley and looking at around 11-12psi. It would be best to have the aeroforce gauge or a scanner that will read KR and check that before putting a smaller pulley on. If for some reason you already have KR issues a smaller pulley is only going to make it worse.
