I would start by inspecting the vacuume harness that connects from the TB, to the Evap sensor, LIM and around to the MAP and Fuel pressure Reg. common to have leaks.

No, both codes were P0446. So it is possible that all my problems could be from a loss of vacuum in the system?

I'll have to look up the specifics of it. P0440, P0442, and P0446 are all EVAP related codes that are the inverse of one another. One is for not being able to maintain pressure and decay at a predetermined rate, the other is that it won't vent at all when commanded to. I just never remember which is which.

check your other post for loss of boost. they are most likely all one problem. I posted the info on the vac harnesses and what not in the other post.

Thank you guys. That would be great if it was all from these weathered hoses. I've told my step-dad about everything and we're going to look around for hoses and what not to see if that solves any problems. If after replacing the hoses, there is still problems, I will be back with more info

my supercharger problem is fixed. and i just replaced the purge solenoid, but to no avail. since it is most likely an electrical issue (circuit malfunction) what do i look for next? because nobody wants to bite the bullet and take it to a dealer
