Might have to work on the drag racing as there is a three day event going on at Woodburn that weekend. All bracket racing and maybe we could get in on that, maybe. Better give em a call Paul. I would be in with the WS6, I might haul the regal over for good track prep to go for a good time. Just for the hell of it. I imagine there will be more from Idaho showing up with me. We could go race up at Portland maybe instead.

Good points Celin.
I modified the schedule.
Maybe if Matt chimes in he could review, contact PIR and make some suggestions if we do the Meet this year in Portland. Cruise down to crash in on the Wren's on Saturday taking a scenic tour off the main beat.....

I can make a trip out and investigate the Cascade Locks KOA. It is only 35 miles from Portland on I-84 and I could even check with PDXCGP about adding a date to their schedule and compete with them again.

http://koa.com/campgrounds/cascade-locks/

Also, Jordon left the trophy with me and it is sitting here on my shelf.

That KOA looks like a very nice campground with good amenities. It is quite a way off the beaten track but that could be good. Got to think about keeping our bellies full as well as our fuel tanks.
How is the highway out to the coast? Quite a bit longer drive back and forth.....maybe too long....
Are there any campgrounds closer or even between Corvallis and Portland?

Keep that trophy polished up nice Matt. Maybe this year you'll earn having it on your mantle. :beerchug:

We are going to need a little more input on this. I understand with the economy and age of these cars, there will probably not be many willing to drive a distance and race their cars.

I will not make firm plans unless we get a few more interested. PDXCGP is willing to set up a race date for us, but once again, we need more racers.

Realistically Matt, there aren't many left that can or are willing to risk there, now classic, Bonnevilles.
Even if it's just you and me racing with others as spectators, it will be fun to get together with old friends for a couple of days.

So who's up for it?

Willwren = Zilla 93 SSEi & SLEeper 95 SLE - Bill, Lisa, Tyler, Kyle, Shorty94(Katie), Dex & Lex - ?
I don't think he will race but his wisdom and pit manouvers will be priceless.

2000SilverBullet = 00 Bonne - Paul & Laura

Boss455 = 99 Regal GS - Ray & Angelica - ?

Backhoe = 89 LE - Kevin - ?

RRounds = S2000 - Rod and Cindy - ?

SSEimatt93 = 09 G8 - Mattski - ?
Young family and distance will make it difficult

Well so far it's just Matt, Keven and Paul.
It's still early so let's give it a couple more months to see who else shows some interest in getting together for some fun.

:P

Hi peeps!

So I should be able to come down for the weekend. I don't know what I will be driving yet.

The company I work for is moving to a new pharmacy this summer but hopefully the move will be wrapped up by June leaving me time to run away for this weekend.

I should know May-June if/when I can make it!

Miss you all! :)
