Solved!!!! Carpet Removal

on Carpet Removal in an 02 Pontiac Bonneville SE i have taken all the trim pieces out and have the carpet loose but it will not come out it seems to be stuck under the console which is also free but just not out b/c the shifter looks like it is attached to the console so my question is do i have to remove the console and if so how do i free the shifter to do so???? ANY HELP VERY APPERCIATED!

Ok i have ths shifter linkage removed but i dont understand how to remove the brake pedal linkage any help GREATLY APPERCIATED!

I think there's a tutorial done by Andrew (harofreak00) about how to remove the carpet somewhere in the forum.

well i have everthing broken down i just gotta free the brake cable and im golden i just can figure out how to do so
