2003 SLE Stalling at 145-150 degree

After Celine has sat for an extended period of time, over night, day or so, she starts up no problem, idles fine for a bit, chugs a couple times like she wants to stall out, doesn't, but when the temp gets up to 145-150 she stalls, faithfully, every time. Starts back up no problem and is fine. If she has been ran that day there is no problem and this doesn't happen. Have looked at vac hoses and all appear ok. There is a clip on the air filter housing that is missing (have not found a replacement as of yet, went to a you remove salvage parts yard and all had been removed, have been unsuccessful at finding a parts store that carry replacement clips ) I don't believe this to be the issue, I could be wrong.
Possibly it is linked to my original issue, however it seldom stalls now (rare) and when it tries while driving, (rare), if I pump the gas peddle she will recover and continue running, leading me to believe I need a new fuel sender soon.
Anyone have any insight?

MAF was replaced by dealer. used one as I was told, I am thinking replace it myself just for my own mental peace. Now that the holidays are over can really concentrate on it. Planning on changing the fuel filter later part of the week, weather permitting. How I miss having a garage!
Had thought fuel filter, however seems like it would happening more and not so consistent at the time it stall...idk
Also trying to figure out a way of cleaning the gas tank out without removing it, maybe via the fuel sender access in the trunk, not sure it that can be done,
yet again, would seem the stalling would not be so consistent...
Possibly the temp sensor???

Finally found my T-20 Security bits, so I was able to pull the MAF and inspected it myself. This is what I found..
Odd, all the pics I have seen are lettered A B B, not A B C. Incorrect sensor, maybe from different model car?
This is the best pic of what I found, pulling it out. Black as coal, could barley see the coil.
After 1/4 can of MAF Cleaner
After 1/2 can of MAF Cleaner
There is what looks like a second coil behind and off set in it also. Couldn't get it to show up in pics.
When I started it up after reinstalling the cleaned MAF I noted it started even faster than it had been..

ROFL "NASTY" is not the word(s) I used!
Good news is this morning it didn't chug or stall and seemed to run a bit smoother. 1 issue solved!?!!
