I had my car sent into a guy that does remote starts on virtually all vehicle and he said my car has a special kind of ingition he has never seen before.

He said the only way to wire in a remote start is to disconnect something from the car computer and he wouldnt do that due to liability of safety systems and blahblahblah.

Point being, is there some kind of security in the SE bonneville that prevents remote start? The brand he uses for remote start starts with an "A" or something. If i see the name ill know it is

Yes the GM security systems are designed to use "proprietary" signals between the Computer and Ignition Key/starting sub-system. Most shops will not touch such systems just because they have learned from Industry experience. And sadly, there are established rings of fraudsters who have gone to small businesses, gotten an aftermarket security add-on installed (correctly) into a 'junker'/cheap car, then gone off somehwere and fried the Computer intentionally...and filed lawsuits to extract money from the small business owner, who they know will often 'settle' the case rather than go throught the expense of getting a Lawyer(fraudster) to defend them. There are many variations of such scams, in all businesses. They are just small-fry owners trying to protect themselves from possible trouble; it is not their fault they 'cannot' perform a Service for you, that they 'could'. It's just common-sense risk vs reward.
