Electrical short

I have had an unfortunate situation where a battery being transported in my trunk flip over and made contact with the bottom of the trunk an caused a short. I have tried to find a blown fuse or relay that may have resulted, but no luck. I have lost my rear aircompressor, reverse lights, interior lights(except the trunk light), power door locks, power trunk release, power sunroof, and my left turn signal and break light dont function properly. Am I looking at replacing the cars ECU or just a relay I haven't come acrossed? I haven't gotten to the turn signal relay yet.

I have never ever heard of this happening. How fast we're you going, around a corner I presume, to make a battery flip over?
