...it has only happened once, then I parked it for a week, took it again and now it appears fine? Anybody else have this happen? What am I looking at, a shift solenoid possibly?? Need a service...well I know it needs that because it has been to long anyway. Only about 40k on the new rebuilt transmission so I am hoping I am not needing another one! Any ideas is greatly appreciated.

...does anybody else have any ideas what might have happened. Fluid wasn't low...first thing I checked. Shops want $260 to drop the pan, check for metal, change the filter and gasket then pump and replace all the fluid!! Any and all help is greatly appreciated!!

...update...I noticed it does it more during the very hot weather here in Fresno so that is making me lean towards the fluid. A definite service is in the plans but maybe also a trans cooler. Still looking for input from you very knowledgeable experts out there... ;) thanks!!

If the fluid is past due to be changed, start with that and see if things improve. Put in a can of Sea Foam's Trans Tune before chaning it.
