Ok, 2nd problem this week.....
Is it normal to hear a hissing from the pass side rear when the car just turns off? The shocks are about a year old. I was thinking something came loose, but I wanted ideas before I started ripping this apart and fixing something I don't need to fix like I did with the SWPS this weekend.....
Thanks in advance,
C

It was told to me that it sounds like I have a leak in the tire, but the tire is brand new. It is like what you hear out of a can of air, but a little slower.

The rear air shocks release some of the air they contain after you shut the car off. No biggie.

I have never heard any noise from the rear of mine when shutting it down.
On start up I hear the fuel pump and then the ELC compressor.
I think you should put it on ramps and have someone start it and shut it down while laying under there (with parking brake set) and listen for air from the ELC lines. Maybe even have a spray bottle of soap and water.
If you are hearing it, you may not need the bottle.
