Heating & a/c running constantly. Engine idling higher than normal. A/C compressor cycling constantly & "clicking". Can not control HVAC w/ Electronic Climate Control. In an attempt to remedy these problems, I have: 1)Switched Temperature Control Head w/one from a '97. 2) Took out Temp. Control Head. 3)Took out Blower Control Module from firewall. 4)Switched Blower Control Relay(black plug among the gray plugs in Maxi-Fuse Relay Center)w/new one. 5)Unplugged Blower Motor & inspected wires in & around that harness. 6)Looked for blown fuses in the 2 interior locations of car along w/the Maxi-Fuse Relay Center. After doing all these things, I still am having issues w/ A)Either heat coming out of the middle vents or cold coming out of the defroster vents. B)Engine idling higher than normal. C) A/C compressor cycling constantly & "clicking". THIS IS A LOT OF SYMPTOMS, I KNOW, BUT I AM AT MY WIT'S END AT TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT. Just wondering if anyone else has encountered any of these problems? Please advise me if possible. THANK YOU.

I'm no expert, but have you tried to see if there are any error codes and have you had a set of gauges on the A/C system to check the pressure on the high and low side of the system? Is the ECC flashing when you start the car? - BC

The compressor cycling sounds pretty normal. You may have one or more actuators that are lazy or inop. The idle prob could be a number of things. IAC, vacuum leak, TPS, or carbon buildup in the throttle body.
