Is it possible to put 1996-1999 Bonneville headlights on a 1993 Bonneville? If so I found on EBay these projection headlights that are originally for the 1999-2006 Yukon Denali but it said they would also fit the 1996-1999 Bonneville. If there is a way to install these on my 1993 Bonneville I will be the happiest man alive. Is this possible?

Don't read into ebay ads so much. Not gonna happen.

Yeah, that's almost a scam, or is a scam -they fail to clarify that only those projector foglights will fit 1992-1999 Bonneville SSE/SSEi's and 1998-1999 SLE's. The headligts themselves will have you ripping your hair out trying to get them to fit a Bonneville.

Ok well what about just the stock headlights from a 1996-1999? Will it fit or will I need to do some customizing to get it to work. I really want to do something to the front and back of the car but not being able to do anything and also being told that I won't be able to do anything frustrates me a little. I'm not talking about you guys but I got people around where I live that trying to tell me I shouldn't be putting all this money in this " Piece Of Crap Of A Car". So I'm even more motivated to proving them wrong.

They will fit, but they will require modification to work. Not a ton of fab work, definitely not a bolt in application either.
