ELECTRICAL OR BATTERY LIGHTS BLINKING ON AND OFF IN 05 BONNE

hey guy's i got the 05 gxp and my head lights and interior lights blink on and off and today the car dragged a little before it started, it has 108,000 on the dash ? a lot of hwy mi. the guy i bought it from was a insurance adjuster and he traveled a lot .I had an 04 bonne but it got totaled out , any way is there a solution to this problem.
