Now the front wheel gap is at least double what the rear is. What the HECK could I have done wrong? Had it aligned right after install and they didnt notice anything.
The car rides funny too it seems turning corners and when accelerating I feel a sort of shaking. The bumpies dont feel bad though.

The quick struts are the ones that come already mounted with the springs right? If so, it often takes a couple of weeks for everything to settle in.
I would contact the manufacturer if you are concerned about it. The hopping and such could just be wheel hop as all of the weight it being shifted to the rear wheels.

I would think that would level out a bit over time.

That front looks too high to me. I put those quick struts on my 95 and I
didn't have any issue with height or a break-in period. It looks like the strut
is too long for the car. I would check the strut part number and make
sure they got the correct one for your year bonnie.

My son put in Monroe Quick struts a few years ago and the car had almost no change in ride height. I think you are correct, they my be the wrong struts. - BC

Anytime I talk to anyone who put the quickstruts in, they gain some rideheight. It does settle down after a while. Its just how new springs are.

Been about a month or more. I waited to post it for the "settling" and no luck. Ill have to recheck the part number. These cars didnt sit that high NEW in the front. Hope they are the wrong part number but I highly doubt that as much as I research things. The rear may be a tad low but like I said the front is not that high when the cars were brand new.
edit: It has been 2 months

Something is not right... Can't be...
I have used Moog Springs on both my 95 Bonneville and van and neither of them rode any higher than they did stock... I am interested in what up with this tho...
When I do my 03 I will get Monroe Sensatrack struts and install the stock springs as the ride is the way I want it.. The springs do settle a little over time, but a 2 inch difference from stock is a bit odd...
Let us know what you find Don...

I would check the struts themselves. I think the tag on the springs has it on them if you did not tear it off.

When the youngest son pulled the heads off to have the valves ground, every gasket set of FelPro was for an LS1. The parts store went through 4 sets of gaskets labeled 3800 for series 1 and not one was for a 3800, all were for an LS1. - BC
