I was considering buying some of these to put on the side mirror assemblies for blinker purposes. My only thing is I have zero clue as to.....

A) How would this look?
B) Can you set them up to blink as a blinker?
C) is it legal to add non stock blinkers to the side view mirrors?

A: Don't know

B: Yes, but they would only be blinkers or running lights, not both.

C: Yes.

Unknown how it will turn out; it will depend on how integrated into your mirrors. Performance of the LEDs will be a factor of how they are integrated and their associated optics

They should be wire-able to replicate both marker and directional functions just as the front sidemarker. Some additional components may be required to achieve this, as LEDs are polarity sensitive. Adding a bridge rectifier changes this. Some assemblies have this built in

Legalities are doubtful. Any shining light on a vehicle is usually required to meet govt specs for the application it is used in. Generally johnny law will not be looking at it as a violation unless it draws their attention for the wrong reasons; such as color and or intensity
