door lock switch

My Drivers side door lock only will lock the door not unlocking it on my 2000, I know its a bad switch having trouble finding it at a junk yard around here I was wondering if anybody has any idea where I can purchase a replacement switch from.

Sorry when I read ur post I mistakened it and thought it was the driver door Window switch that u needed. Sorry for the mixup. If eBay does not workout u can have my door lock switch for $10.
