20 months later... she's finally painted

April 2010, when I first removed the bumper to get a replacement: http://www.pontiacbonnevilleclub.com/fo ... =9&t=17670

She's been a sad sight ever since. As of an hour ago, she finally had matching bumpers on. I had a friend do the work for me in exchange for a set of wheels.

The only thing left to do before I sell it is to get the stock seats put in.

Polish the headlights while you are at it. IMO, they have a big visual impact for buyers.

You gonna badge it or leave it? Arrowhead is still missing too! :P

I'll badge it... and put the arrowhead back on.

I guess I have more work to do than I thought.

Out of curiosity, are you able to swap your turn signal mirrors over or will they go with the car too?

It'll be sad to see her go, but the replacement should more than fill the gap once it's all said and done.

I'd polish the old paint to match the new, but I'm sure you were planning on it.

Honestly, I doubt it. Not that many people will notice it once he gets it cleaned up...

And it wont be anything that'll garner extra money. Besides, it shouldn't be polished for a while anyways.

What happened here? :P

You'd be surprised. At the very least it will help make it a quick sell. My last car sold to the first guy that looked at it. It was 11 years old, and other than the years of stone chips in the front, it looked almost like new.

Better late than never eh? After the headlights are done and all the small details like the badges, I have to say it will be beautiful. Not a GXP or anything but man, that color really does look handsome on these things. Especially with swoops.

Looks good! Glad you added the 02+ badges, not the 00-01 badges. Much more modern and classier.

Don't get me wrong, it will be sad to see it go... but I'm long over this car. Since I have removed everything, it doesn't even seem like the same car.

Yeah. Looking at what's up there and your siggy or the pictures on your website, it's an amazing change. I still love it though, the way it sits now.
