Hi gang - just found your site. I've been a Bonneville fan ever since the mid 90's when I was a service writer for Pontiac/GMC. Always said they were the best kept secret in the automotive world. Dollar for dollar, pound for pound, they can keep their Beemers - - Bonnies are the best. I've had my 97 SE with 130K for almost 6 years. Of course she's dark green with gold alloys and beige cloth. :btruestory: One night in a rain storm a tree fell across the road and she plowed right into and over it. She got a bit scarred up, but she protected my wife and son, so I had to fix her up and keep her. Whenever she finally gives up, I'll find me another. When I get time, I'll put up a picture of her. Meanwhile, I'm digging into a persistant 0171 code, and I'm finding some great info on your site. So glad to find people who share my appreciation for this great american car. - - - sure I'll talk to some of you soon. Tom

Welcome to the club! As mentioned above, all the help you will ever need is just a search or post away! This forum is better than any Hanes manual I have used! :btruestory:

Considering the Haynes manual for a 00+ Bonneville is the SAME one as the one for our 89 Bonneville AND my 94 LeSabre...me too! Tell me how working on a LN3 is similar to working on a SII L67... :bhuh: :helpsmilie:
