Tire pressure

got my tires rotated and rebalanced, the guy did not add pressure to the tires like the bill indicated, said that he increased pressure to 35 but found out once i got home the tires only had 30 and 31. will increasing the pressure to 35 affect the balancing?

Nope, the weight of the air inside the tire is so insignificant that it doesn't make any difference. Your wheels weigh around 20 lbs, your tires weigh similar, and the weights are probably 1.5oz on top of that. The air doesn't weigh anything near that, it's in the thousandths of an ounce.
Plus that weight is being distributed evenly across the whole wheel/tire combo.
