blower speeds

blower will not change speeds, change the resistor and fuse still no change

Need a little more info. Do you have a electric temp control unit or is it manual? and what speed is it at when on?

manual, high it will go is second, i am from sc as well, Hampton County

if you can get two speeds out of it and the blower does come on, I would think its the fan switch. One way to test it is to deconnect the connector at the fan motor and check the volts going to the motor. Should get an increase in volts with each click of the switch.
