Erik (and myself) have been busy men lately... he still has an extra set of keys and I still have his old license plate. He lives on the other side of town that I rarely ever get to. Been long overdue...

Those pics are awesome. Good work on the headlight update, looks like it paid off with much improved night time visibility.

They're factory. White H3 bulb, yellow tinted projector.

Do you know how he went about tinting the projector? Sorry to get a tad off topic and bring the subject off your car.

Lamin-X film is a great way to add yellow to fog lights, and protect them too if anyone is curious.
Jerry, would you still do the MM again, or go full retrofit on another set of headlights now knowing what you know?

Would be hard to say, I don't know how well the other projectors fit. The Morimoto kit still offers almost all of the performance of the big kits for less cost.

Why did you go 35 over 50?

The intention of the projectors was to do HID's properly without blinding people, and since I live in an urban area with a population of 5 million, I wasn't about to take the risk that they would be too bright. I also didn't want to run the risk of yellowing or melting the outer lens from the extra output.
If I lived out in the sticks, 55W would be the sure bet!
