Hey guys, second post on these forums. I looked at a few of the posts on here about some DICs malfunctioning or going out (lol). Anyway in my search for the elusive and irreverent DIC gauge, I found that most Bonnevilles of my age have a very different information center. I searched a few junk yards for a new one but the DIC had the car drawn on them and mine doesn't. I have the Heads up display and I wonder if that's the difference. I priced it out at a GM dealership and they said they would have to replace the entire gauge cluster for $380, and thats installing it all myself. Does anyone know if I can get this thing used or ? If anyone has one laying around and its working, I'll buy it. Thanks for the help!
Sean

For reference, if others see this thread: that second link will be a Canadian metric (km and km/h for speed/odo, and kPa for pressures) cluster!

I pulled the entire cluster apart, checked all the connections, soldering and etc. Put it all back together and no luck. Now the compass isn't working but I probably didn't seat the connection properly. The new cluster should be here Monday. Does anyone by chance have an electrical schematic for the cluster? Also, I talked to GM and they said the Mileage and engine hours need to be programmed into the new cluster. Does anyone have any experience with this? I hope I don't have to ship it to AC Delco to get it reset.

**FIXED**
I bought a new cluster, pulled it apart and simply replaced the Driver Information LCD module on my original. Mileage worked and everything. The mileage isn't stored in the DIC module, its stored somewhere else on the cluster (when I got the new cluster I just plugged it straight in and it read 250k, when I used the same module in the orignal cluster it gave me 139k). Thanks for helping me find the parts!!!
