Front driver side window has not worked since i bought the bonneville . but when you push down it makes a LOUD Noise that does not sound good . Now since the motor does power on what could it be ? is it the regulator ? or the motor ? Sounds like the motor sounds striped if that makes sence . and the window never moves at all .

Its been a while since I had mine apart, but I vaguely remember that the window-motor turns a worm-gear which pulls-pushes a nylon "gear". Only it is not a "gear" as such, but a semi-stiff-but-flexible nylon strip.
(I hope I am thinking of the correct car.... I had both the bonne and a Chrysler's door apart... both some time ago...)
"A lot of noise" suggest that the nylon may have stripped, broken, or somehow got out of its track.
It is also possible that the mounting bolts on the actuator (motor) have come loose and it is not aligned properly.
The only way to tell is to pull the inner trim panels and look into the door.
