Front motor/tranny mount

Post by Jake »

I think i am almost positive when i say that this mount is toast, my front tranny/motor mount with the shock on it has this bolt with a piece of rubber inbetween it, when i got under my car yesterday while replacing the tranny lines, i noticed that it seems like its broken, i moves up and down freely, i could probobly pull it out if i had enough clearence, my question is, does this screw in? or like i said is it broken and i need to replace the whole mount?

The whole mount gets replaced as a unit. I'd replace it since it's what, $60? I got mine out and reinstalled in 3 hours from jacking up the car to cleaning up again.
