afternoon, i just bought a new t-stat and gasket and was wondering if i should bleed the screw after putting the new stat in or just jeave it alone. thanks

Much will depend on how much coolant you drain out when changing it. Best practice would be to use the bleed screw to remove any trapped air. You may very well be able to get away without it, if you just drain out a little coolant.
