What do I need for the pulley swap

I'm hoping to do the pulley swap, and I want to do this the right way. Intense's "Eaton M90 Individual Modular Supercharger Pulley"-
http://intense-racing.com/Merchant2/mer ... ry_Code=BE
in 2.5 inch size is a good step "up," correct? I know mine is a M62, but this will fit my supercharger as well, right?
What will I need for the change? A standard 3 jaw puller, correct? Will I need to order a hub to go with the pulley? Thanks for the help.

No, not even close... the M90 pulley is completely different.
You'll need this type -

And yes, a 3 jaw puller works just fine... you'll also have to use a old belt and big vice grips or pliers around the belt to tighten the nut down after you install the new pulley.

You cannot run anything designed for the M90. All you need is a 3 jaw pulley and a press on pulley. Since you have a keyed shaft, doing an MPS isn't a big deal, as the pullies slide on and off. On the M90, since it has a tapered shaft and uses large pullies, an MPS is a good idea since it saves time since we need a special puller that pulls on the whole pulley, and the pullies will fit on an MPS that fits over the shaft. Here is where you go for your pullies:
http://www.pulleyboys.com/store/catalog ... -p-39.html Your first step down will be 2.5, but only after you scan for KR.
Make sure you have read this too:

Thanks. So I guess Intense doesn't have any pulleys for my earlier (older) Bonneville- I was thinking that was the place to go. I'll look toward the site that you have recommended.
I have read (and re-read) the warning RE: KR and I've checked. I've not done the scanning personally, (don't have a scanner) but my mechanic says the supercharger bearing is solid and the KR is not present. I'm hoping that Advance Auto or AutoZone would be able to rent the 3 jaw pulley? If not, what's my best bet for that?
I appreciate the advice....

Advance should have a 3 jaw puller. I'd ask your mechanic if he can ride with you and do some WOT runs checking for KR. Then do your swap and do it again.

Having a 94, you have the option of using a stock pulley from a 92-93 M62, which is a 2.55" vs your current 2.8.

You MUST scan for KR while driving (hot summer conditions are best) both before and after the pulley swap, or you risk doing serious damage to your motor. Up to and including popped pistons, bent rods, etc. These cars are getting older and older as days go by, and this warning gains more and more momentum.

And check your exhaust manifolds for cracks!!!!

They ARE cracked by default. Remove them and have them welded. The cracks are tiny and can't usually be seen while mounted to the motor with the heat shields in place.

Local pulley supplier reckons that you can't do it with a 3 arm puller without destryong the pulley (and probably not even then), and need their unique item..not true ???

The M90 has a completely different setup, shannoww. You need one of these:

The M62 has a straight, keyed shaft. The M90 has a press-fit and a tapered shaft.

Sweet, thanks for that.
Local boys sell their pulleys on bost levels on a stock engine. Is there a ready reckoner on what size gives what (likely) boost on a stock engine ?

Looks like I can save some dough buying out of country
edit : 1psi per 0.1"(approx).

Well stock size is 3.8 inches. A safe step down on a stock bonneville is a 3.6" pulley. After that mods are needed to prevent Knock Retard and flow the boost. The problem is that boost decreases with airflow mods, so a car with a lot of mods may only have 8 PSI, but the supercharger is flowing way more air than a stock car running 9 PSI.
Here's the Intense setup:
